Resort folio/receipt

We visited POFQ 11/5-11/15 and ASMo 11/15-11/17. I know it's late, but I just noticed that we received the email with all the itemized charges from only the second part of our stay (or I somehow deleted it...I'm not trying to blame anyone). Is there any way for me to get this now that it's almost a month later? I remember seeing it on MDE at one point, but now nothing is showing. I tried looking around the website, but I couldn't find anything even with a search.

Usually we receive ours via email the morning we check out.

We got the email from All Star Movies the morning we checked out. I don’t think we got one from Port Orleans French Quarter.

If you're still onsite it will show up in your list of charges. Once your trip is over you can't see your charges in the app anymore. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about correcting them for not charging for parking. If they had charged and you didn't actually have a car then I would (and have myself).

The folks in billing are usually pretty quick to get back to you and can send the final listing. I've emailed them a few times (guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com).

Another thing I found is the charges you make to your room on your last day won't show up in the folio receipt that you get emailed on check out day (it usually shows up early in the am), but if you call and ask for them to email it to you, those charges will show on that one.

This is how it would show up on your room invoice. It would be included in your final room total, not charged to your card on file individually.

We had the same problem, except in reverse (got the first part but not the second part of our stay). We were there 11/20-11/29. I am going to try the billing contact provided here. Thank you! I’ve never had this happen before, I like to keep these receipts.

We were there from 11/19-11/28 and did not receive an invoice I had checked my junk e-mail folder as well. We did not charge anything to our magic band had gift cards and credit cards for meals and souvenirs the only thing we should have been charged for was parking.
