Why would it take $10.00 to get it from the post office?

That sounds very weird to me....now you really have me wondering....... do tell as soon as you get it all sorted out....

There is a section on the notice that says Amt. to be paid..not enough postage...and there is $10.60 there. I will find out and let you know. I have never had this happen before so I am not at all sure what it means or if I have to pay that amt. or what. Let you all know when I find out.

Tigercat - Throw a STROP (fit) and don't pay a penny more in postage! There was over $21.00 in postage fees already paid for on that box (with a receipt to back it up!)

I was thinking that maybe it was being held hostage and that was the ransom. Either that or the stink from the road kill was such that they were demanding stink pay...LOL

And maybe the critter ran around the office making a mess of things. Boy oh boy this could really add up by the time I get there. I did try but the office was closed. Now there was no notice on the door about any damages and I couldn'd see any, but of course I could only see the front of the store and not the back.. Oh well hopefully I will see it tomorrow. Now I really can't wait to see what it is I have gotten myself into......

Well..... I was really sure if that critter was with child or not when I stuffed her into the box (I did get her a thimble full of water and put a Pampers on her...) ....... so maybe there are a bunch of little critters scurrying around in that box.........

And Tigercat - if they try to make you pay extra postage - insist on opening up the box and ask them if they really think the contents are that valuable!! (Maybe you could barter some of the stuff with them.... )

I'm not going to have to do the nakkid dance am I? It's getting a little cool up here right now. As for all the little critters that might be around ...is there another regift exchange going to be happening soon..I might have a few "things" to send to someone else if you get my drift.... What's really sad is that I don't think the place opens until 10 and my ds has a job interview (FINALLY) and I have to drive him there and wait for the interview is finished. I won't get a chance to get the box until later on in the afternoon.
