I tried the search engine for this but had problems. At Pop Century is there fridges in the room? If not, what is the charge?

I think it was around $10-15 a day. We never even used ours...next time we will bring a cooler! PS the drinks in the Coke machine are $2.50!!!!

Check out the Budget Board. There is a sticky at the top about Fridge swaps. You might get lucky and find your dates on one of them!

When I stayed at Pop Century two years ago, my room had a small fridge. But I think it was an exception. They gave us a handicapped accesible room, so maybe that was the reason it had one. Hope this helps.

We stay at the value resorts and drive down so I just purchased my own and bring every time we go down.....

It is $10.00 a day unless needed for medical purposes (eg insulin), and then it is free.

It is $10 dollars a day, but I think it is worth it. I have our water shipped down so we have plenty and it works out great keeping it cold.

If you have a medicine that you need to keep cold though, the fridge is free. My mom is an insulin-dependent diabetic, we just mention that when we book our room and it's a free fridge.

We took part in a new fridge swap last year which only cost us $10 for our whole stay when we arrived we found out that there was also a toaster and a coffee maker as well . Once the cost of the fridge has been covered the swap then is free to other swappers until it either goes missing while in storage or breaks down.

Look on the budget board - there are loads of fridge swaps running at the POP you just need to look through them till you see if your dates are free.
