The only negative things I've read on here really is to do with the BEO's being SUPER late
I wouldn't say BEO's are super late. They tend to (based on my own experience and what I've read here) arrive 4 weeks post planning session. So "late" depends on when one's planning session. We had ours at 8 months out and our BEO arrive about 1 month later.
Bill was our sales person; he was very nice. When we went for our site visit/planning session, he was on vacation and Diane showed us the Whitehall. She was very nice as well. As for planners, we have Celeste who is fantastic! Her assistant is Linda. They are both very prompt. Rose is our floral person. We want a wedding that is minimal on decor but top of the line for food/beverage: both Celeste and Rose have been very helpful in respecting our desires and designing/suggesting things that are in tune with what we want.
Circling back to your comment on the BEO's, like everything in life, you need to plan ahead. If someone plans their wedding with very short notice, then the BEO might arrive too "late" to make any changes. But with enough time, anything can be planned or changed.
I am at least glad I had her for this long, as she really was super prompt and very kind...
and I had Ken Weaver then!! He was awesome! I was a little reluctant at first (hey, he's a guy and has the same name of an ex-boyfriend!) but he was sooooooo great. I've kept in touch with him each and every Christmas since we were married in 1999. wow, I'm so glad he's still there! You will totally love him!! Good luck!
