Since booking we had a couple of issues with being told the incorrect information by an agent in the reservations office, this meant that we didn't get the free 14 day Universal tickets added to our booking that they were advertising on their website.
I spoke to their customer services through Facebook and the lady was extremely helpful.
We have now got our tickets for half price - not free but still a great deal £182 for the 4 of us.
Just thought I would post a positive as a lot of the time people only tell you about their negative experiences.
