It's mostly the F & F list that can be unpredictable with loading, so that one can click on the third Join. If I read correctly somewhere, you should start clicking on the still 'disabled' Join button while that is still loading? I have thus far waited for it to become enabled, before I click through. Is everyone else doing this too or should I start clicking on it before it becomes available to click?

I have been clicking it while disabled and continue clicking until it goes thru. I have been successful almost every time using this method.

That's amazing. Congratulations!! So to be clear, you aren't using the MDE app on the Chromebook but just using it for time.gov in combination with the phone?

Also, we had a 9:15 Oga's reservation. We went to the RotR Cms & asked if it was ok to come after that. They said it was fine & we rode at about 9:40.

Hi - we will be there in a few days. I practiced for the first time this morning at 7 and if I'm understanding correctly - I believe I was successful. It said something about removing people from my party. Question....I've seen it done a couple different ways on the youtube videos that I've watched. I see some people click on "join" ahead of time and constantly hitting refresh on the 2nd page. I've seen others wait until exactly 7 am on a world clock to hit join on the first page. I think I'd rather hit join at exactly 7 am rather than hitting refresh. I guess it just makes me feel a little more in control.

I may be misunderstanding! But, if that's the case and either is an option...should I hit join on the first page a second or two before 7 am? Thanks for all of the help!!!!

Any reports of how flexible they are if you get a boarding pass time but then miss it? My friends and I are doing DHS on our arrival day (wasn't my call to make) - I should be able to attempt the 7am time from the airport right before my flight takes off, but even if I got passes for us at that point, there's a significant chance it would get called before we actually get to the park closer to noon based on their flight's arrival time.

Are we better off making the early attempt to increase our chance of getting any pass at all and then begging mercy if we're called before we can get there, or are they holding firm if you miss the time, meaning we shouldn't even try until the 1pm round?

In preparation for tomorrow I just did a phone speed test. In my bed at Riviera on LTE it was 112 mbps. On Disney WiFi 26.2. Def won’t be using WiFi lol

That’s interesting - In November during Thanksgiving week we had more success with WiFi than data at Riviera from our dining table in the kitchen of our villa. All four of us sat there and tried as described below.

Our wifi speeds were higher than data too. We had a room on 8th floor facing the pools if that matters. Good luck! We all tried at the same time logged into my MDE account on everyone’s individual phones.

Third group in line at HS and Boarding Group 9 today - we’re slipping!

My daughter got it again using Wi-Fi at the Riviera! Husband‘s phone arrived so he also was on Wi-Fi and my son and I were on data with the iPhone 12 and iPhone X. She has an iPhone 11.

We were able to ride Mickey and Minnie’s twice on Saturday because the new plexiglass made for 30 minute waits during the day. Love that ride! Hoping the same is true today!

Uber picked us up at 730 and when I said drop us off at Speedway he laughed and asked if we needed gas! I said now we’re going to Hollywood studios and heard this is a shortcut and he said let me do a U-turn and drop you off in the corner it’s faster. So she dropped us off on the corner so we just could walk the sidewalk down to the bridge and walk underneath! It was perfect and shorter! Of course we could have grabbed a coffee or something but we had breakfast the kitchen of our room so we didn’t need it!

After MMRR, what should we ride next?? SDD? Was hoping to do MMRR, SDD, TSM then MFSR, can we do all that before BG 5?

We rode MFSR at Disneyland, so could pass on it.

So, if I check my app right now and click 'join virtual queue' it takes me to a screen that says "Not boarding". If i refresh this page right at 7am is that where the join button pops up? Are some people talking about waiting to click the first 'join virtual queue' until 7am instead of refreshing? (feeling a little confused still).

So after a bunch of successes, the last 2 mornings it’s taken the “pick your party” screen way too long to load. I’ve tried WiFi and data. Is there any trick to getting this third screen warmed up? Maybe I need to join the app a little earlier...

This might be my 7AM downfall!

First failure today, but I tried my wife's phone for the first time - and something different happened. After downloading the MDE app to her phone, and entering my credentials, I went to the Virtual Queues screen where it said "Join Virtual Queue" with the blue button, then waited for 7am to click over, hit Join, and then for the first time it brought me to the AT-AT screen, where I had to click "Continue", then back to the Join Virtual Queue button screen, then hitting JOIN at that time was too late.

Was it because I had not hit the Join Virtual Queue button at all on her app prior to that?

After going through the Join Join Join screens rotely over the past few days, this was kind of jarring!

My daughter snagged boarding group 6 for us today. Funny thing is she thought she didn’t get it but when I got something went wrong I knew she prob had. Yay! Now to reconfigure our day lol
