MDE now selects everyone that is scanned into the park that day, so F&F, as long as they're not at Hollywood Studios that day, will not be selected and your child, since not scanning in, will not be selected.

You just click the Join button on the main page, the join VQ page and then on the F&F page, so 3 joins right in a row as fast as you can and you should get in.

Great, thanks for your help!

So as long as everyone linked to my MDE is scanned into the park I won't have to select each person when I try to join? When I practice at home I have to select everyone.

That's correct. Skip that step when practicing at home, because when scanned into the park they are automatically checked. When you practice, it knows you're not in the park.

Everyday when I pull up MDE to practice (as well as other random times) I have to keep signing in. Is anyone else getting logged off and having to sign in continuously?

I have never had this problem in the past and it started recently about the time I start have many unsuccessful practice runs at BGs.
Same here, never used to have to login and now o have to daily

In the opening post is says the skyliner does not arrive in time to get into DHS before opening but with covid it seems like that is no longer the case. We will be staying at POP. Safe to assume that if we get on the skyliner first thing that morning we can get there early enough?

Yes people have been getting into the park earlier than the listed opening and have been getting on rides. According to most the best way to get in early and through security is to walk from the boardwalk resort area because parking doesn't usually open until 9 typically and by the time you park and get in it's closer to 10 and there's less of a chance of getting on a ride before listed opening.

Same can be said of using the Disney Transportation typically.
We're coming from GDT/CSR and have a car. So you suggest we Uber to Boardwalk, and walk to DHS instead?

We've stayed at Riviera twice since the parks have reopened and the Skyliner has started running one hour prior to DHS opening. We rode the Skyliner to DHS both times and were inside the park before park opening. As occupancy increases at the Skyliner Resorts, the line in the morning at the CBR hub is getting longer.

My son really wants to go to HS one day during our last minute November trip so I started yesterday researching and practicing getting a BG.. we were there in January and got the hang of the BGs then and that was intense but seems like it's even moreso now. So this morning when I was "practicing" I got my boarding pass (glitch, I know, but I know I was doing something right) but yesterday and today the 2pm window is like nothing... I feel like i did everything super fast and it was gone... Is it MUCH harder to get in on the 2pm window than the 10? I am just getting stressed because I don't wanna get there in November and have no chance to get on the ride. (Will definitely be there in time for the 10am window)..

Just making sure you're also aware of the park reservation requirement (since you mentioned that it's a last minute trip).

The line for the Skyliner often starts at Pop by 7:00 to 7:30 depending on when first guests choose to get in line. If you want to have the best chance of getting a BG, I would recommend joining the Pop line no later than 8am as there is a possibility you will be asked to join the back of the line at the CBR transfer. The earlier you get in line, the better your chances of arriving on time. Many have used this method successfully although there are occasional times when it doesn't work for people also.

Had that experience this morning, while practicing from home. Got BG 15! Ended up getting the notification that my boarding group was called @ ~ 11:45. Sitting here about 1,000 miles away hoping for just as good results next week while I"m actually there!

Hoping that people 1000 Miles away do not get boarding groups when we are all in the parks.

Man, I have failed while practicing twice in a row now (10am today and 2pm yesterday). I've been successful inside the parks 4 times since ROTR opened (before the pandemic). It's unnerving.
