I am going to WDW during the first week of October with a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kiddies). There are 2 adults that have the year pass. My question is about parking and if one pass holder rides in each van can we use their parking feature once for each pass or does it work on a family basis?

Thanks.

As long as one person in each van shows their AP when they get to the booth you aren't charged for parking.

thanks for the quick reply. I was hoping we could try and save some $$ there, but I didnt know if it was a "just show your pass and you get waved through" type deal or if there was a barcode scanned and they might realize they were scanned bac to back from the same family.

We got to figure out some good ways to save money with a group of 11. I just pointed out to my wife that we will most likely be paying 15-20% gratuity everywhere wo go to eat AND be waiting in long lines too. She said she didnt even think of that. DUH! I hope I am suprised..

They dont scan the ticket but even if they did it doesnt matter the benefit for free parking is per adult ticket not per family unit.
