Question for my family's visit next week:

How long would take, roughly, to do FP and Rider Switch (so for 2 groups) for the following rides (assuming the second group of Rider Switchers goes on the rides right after the FPers), back-to-back?
Splash Mountain
BTMR
7DMT
Barnstormer
Space Mountain

Basically, I'm wondering if it's too long of a stretch if we try to have both groups go - too long for the baby in the stroller and for the kids in the party. We'll play it by ear, of course, but I'd be curious to hear been-there-done-that either way!

FP line is roughly 15-20 min, so 30-40 min if you did back to back for each ride.

Thanks for the reply. I was worried that it would take longer since it's a busy time of year, so that's good to hear.

Hmm. So we could potentially do 2, then lunch, then the rest without the toddler getting too restless.

You didn't ask, but I wanted to offer...

There was a play space at Splash for toddlers. We would handle baby swaps by hanging out by that spot. Can also be used for the BTMR swap--but often the child and parent still have to present to her the baby swap pass. Not sure of this is the case with the new FP+, but since a pass could feasibly expire while you are waiting to swap, I hope of is still offered.

For barn stormer, dumbo is adjacent and has an indoor play space--if no or limited line, this might be a good spot to "wait". There is also the circus water play area nearby, though we have never used it, so I am not sure of its features and if it would work.

Just food for thought on managing the idle time during the swap.

Those are really helpful tips, thanks!
