Can I ask you who you use as your email internet provider? I use comcast and I haven't been receiving anything from Disney destinations, Disney chase etc and I wondered if it was just me. If you could provide your handle for your email ( not your actual email, just the ending) I would be grateful! Thanks!

I have never received anything from Disney destinations in my ptd account. I truly think they don't deliver them for some reason. Lol. So I created a Yahoo account for our last trip. Have received pins there but not the latest one yet.

I use Gmail. We received a pin last week. I think it's a random thing though. I know others who did not get the same offer.

That's interesting. I use to receive pins all the time, but haven't in a while. Reading your post it just occurred to me that I use to get them on my work email account but not to my Comcast account. A little less that a couple years ago I started using my Comcast email as my login for my online Disney account. I'm going to try logging in using my work email and maybe that'll generate a pin!

I have a rental agency I use (for renting a beach condo) and their email confirmations and such will NOT deliver to my Comcast account for some reason. It's worth a try to dust off my old online account!!

Yes, I think that somehow Comcast rejects many of my emails. I just changed to another email addy and will hope for the best.

My husband has a Comcast account. He hasn't gotten the most recent pin, but he has gotten them before.

My DH seems to get all the pins and they go to his gmail account.

I have a Comcast account and never did receive the e-mail about the PIN. But when I called it was attached to my account and I could use it!!!

But I do get other Disney Vacation and Disney Rewards e-mails all the time.

I get pins all the time from Disney but didn't have this pin offer in my email. I called and there were 2 pins for be. One was a room only for Sept. I never had an email about that one either. I use yahoo but have an hotmail account on a Disney site somewhere because at times both my email get send the same pin.

Thanks for all the replies. I am still hopeful that I will get either a pin or the fd will drop for the public soon
