Question for runners-

PC Friar reminded me...what about deep water running? You use a flotation belt, and get in water that you can't touch the bottom. With the belt on, that's about 5 feet deep for me (I'm 5'4") and you do the running motion. Easy on your joints, and if you try to run fast (I do intervals of up to 10 min, with a couple minutes easy in between), it is a great cardio workout, helps with leg strength, and no pounding! This is often used by athletes recovering from injury.
