Question about booking 2 rooms with pin

My daughter got a pin for Free Dinning and we've already booked our room,tickets,etc and they said she could book 2 more rooms beside the one she will be staying in with the same pin.My question is,if she books a room for a friend using her pin,how many days before arrival to they have to cancel without loosing any money? I know everything has to be paid by 45 days before arrival,but if they paid everything then for some reason,need to cancel,don't they have 5 days before arrival to cancel?

If they cancel within 45 days on a package, they are subject to the $200 cancellation fee, no ifs, ands or buts. Room onlys fall under the 5 day out cancellation rule.
