Question About AP's

Hubby and I bought AP's for us and our DS since we are doing 2 trips this year! Our first trip is in May 2014, so they are not activated yet. Will we still get the AP magic bands with the Passholder 2014 slider?

When we go in May, will our APs be on the magic band for our resort or will we have to wear 2 separate magic bands, one for tix, one for room?

When our 2nd trip this year comes(December) what magic bands will our passes be on then??

Your APs will be linked to your MDE profiles. Any MagicBand that is assigned to you can be used for park admission. They will all work interchangeably. You will not be able to order the Passholder MagicBands until after you have exchanged for the actual APs at WDW.

In the MDX you should see the customization option for your on-site resort stay Magic Bands. You can do that now and pick your FP+.

I'm doing the same as you. Will be in WDW May 18-25 and then again Nov 30-Dec 6. Just bought APs and a night at POP. We stay off-site otherwise.

But I called the IT department and they said the same thing as above. You wont get your AP Magic Bands until after your first visit. Then you can customize them and ship them immediately for your December trip.
