PS timing help?

I am confused because my Disney coundown says I have 91 days to go. That would make tomorrow the earliest I can make PS. But when I go here

http://pscalculator.net/pscalc.php

And put in 2/21/04 it tells me I have to wait until Sunday the 23rd.

Which is more accurate?

The PS calculator is the most accurate, I found it to be a most excellent resource. Go by that and you'll be fine!

Yea, my countdown calculator is telling me I have 12 days before I leave on December 4th (at the time of this posting ). To me it's 13 real days. Remember, the countdown takes minutes and seconds into it's calculation, the PS Calculator is a pure day calculator and is in sync with WDW Dining.

If you find out otherwise, I need to know!
