All these years and I have never felt like any PIXIE DUST has been sprinkled on my family. I was just given 3 priority passes per each individual in my family. Has this happened to anyone? If so , how do these work?:dance3::dance3::dance3:

Use 'em at any FP attraction at any time of day.

They are a fairly common "guest recovery" compensation.

What was the reason you got them for?

I sent an email to them and wrote my concerns on 3 fp a day . I did it in a very professional manner. And they sent me an email telling me they had decided to give me the passes.

Well for cripe's sakes, give us the email you used, and we'll bombard them with complaints! I have not joined the bandwagon of thinking that 3 fastpasses is acceptable! Nor do I think it's ok to regulate which fastpasses I do get with my measly limit of 3 passes, or that I can only do it at 1 park a day. It's ridiculous.

Wow thats great. Was it done for just 1 day of your trip or all days? Thats fantastic!

It is 3 additional passes per person for the entire trip. But I am not sure how it works completely. They just said to go to guest relations at any park.so I do not know if they are just blank passes to use anywhere at any park...... That is what I am trying to find out.

WDW.Guest.communications@disneyworld.com . That is the one address that everyone had been sending their concerns to. There were some threads about it. Good Luck

Thanks. I haven't been on the forums since last summer, so I didn't know about the other threads. I just scheduled our next trip this week so I just started reading up again on all the changes... they stink.

On our last visit to the DVC Grand Californian, our resort room was not made available to us until after 6:00pm. We had a 6:30pm dinner reservation, so we were pretty perturbed (DVC rooms are promised no later than 4:00pm). Our family spent the last hour camped out in the hotel lobby, waiting for them to finally inform us of our room number.

When the desk manager finally came over to inform me that our room was ready, she presented me with 3 courtesy passes for our family. Each pass was a piece of paper with a unique certificate number on it. There were various options on the form (like free food or room credit), but we were given the option labeled "Attraction Priority Access." The single pass clearly stated that the bearer and up to 5 additional persons (6 total) could present the certificate to the cast member at any FastPass entrance and use it to obtain admittance for the entire party. (Radiator Springs Racers was specifically excluded.)

Anyhow, each pass worked just as one would expect. Upon presenting the pass to the cast member, he/she would ask how many were in our party and would then let us all through the FastPass line. It was as if we had a set of FastPasses with no specific ride return time specified. We quickly assessed that the best time to use our complimentary passes was in the early evening hours when the crowds were thick and our patience short. Each pass was printed with our check-in date, but we had no problem using them the next day in the parks. They came in quite handy during our 2 days at Disneyland.
