Pres Day 2011 later peak season?

Just wondering if Disney's peak season will start with Pres. Day weekend, on friday 19th or will it start on monday 15th? Do they traditionally begin the peak season pricing during and after Pres. day? Or is it from the 15th onward regardless of when Pres. day lands?
