How old/size shoe is your DD? I have 3 DD and I'd love them for all three but I don't know how small they make them. How does your DD do walking in them? I know they have a strap on the back, but is she ok with that?

Not sure if anyone answered yet, but my DS has some and he's only 3. His are the clsoed-in ones, w/out the holes and they are just adorable. They weigh nothing and he loves them. The starp doesn't bother him at all, plus he can lay it down in back so he doesn't even notice it. My Mom found them at Dillard's before Christmas. Too cute!

We all have some, but only DD is wearing in this photo. We love them!!!

I plan on buying Crocs for our upcoming trip to WDW and need some advice. Which model do you have and how comfortable are they? Also, what is the difference between the Beach and Cayman models? The Athens type looks like more my "style" if you can call it that. Are they just as comfortable as the others?

I usually wear kitten heels around the neighborhood or higher heels for a night out. I will wear tennis shoes around the house and I wore them at WDW. I used to hate tennis shoes because I felt like they were suffocating my feet..haha...but, I bought them to be comfortable with all the walking at WDW. I broke them in and they have been comfortable for the past two trips.

Anyway I digress, my next question is what color would go with denim shorts and tops of all/most colors? I don't want to be wearing a red shirt with lime green shoes.;) kwim?

ok, you have all convinced me that I need to go get a pair of these UGLY shoes!!! My sister already says that if there is an ugly pair of shoes out there, that I will own them :confused3 . I guess my taste is shoes is as bad as my taste in men. But I have to go get some after reading how great they are. I'll just have to threaten my sis to not get my feet in the pics

I can't wait to get a pair of Crocs, I have a wide foot and I hope they are as comfortable as everyone says they are. Do they make them for men too? How are the pink ones I am worried they will be pepto bismol pink :rotfl:
Can anyone recomend which style to get?????????

Crocs are for men or women - they're sized both ways (for instance, they might be W8/M6).
The pink ones are pretty much Pepto Bismol pink, but in a good way. ;)

Does anyone have problems with them rubbing on the inside of your foot? I got some yesterday and the bother me slightly. I am wondering if they would break in and become more molded to my foot? Thanks. :sunny:

My dh and I both ended up with blisters on the tops of our feet. We just stuck a little piece of moleskin on the shoe where it was rubbing and we didn't have any further problems.

Ds didn't have any trouble with his at all. :confused3 Here he is with Stitch, modeling his Crocs:

I have never heard of Crocs or even seen a picture until today. They look weird but are probably very comfortable. Do they run big or little. I would like to order a pair from the website but I am not sure which size to order. Myshoes are usually 6 1/2 without socks and 7 1/2 with socks. Not sure which to get . Please help!!!! :confused3

I call this "Pretty Beach, Ugly Shoes" ;) :)

I wore them the whole trip, so they're probably in every picture I am!

cjhentschel.....I have a small foot (sz 4 or 5) and I bought the size 4. I still have lots of room, as my foot is somewhat slender, but there is also plenty space in my toe area. My DD wears one size smaller (normally a 7) but I bought a 6 for her. I recommend trying them on before u purchase. As u know, every shoe fits every foot different. However, contrary to others, we've not had any problems w/blisters or hot spots. But we are used to wearing clogs and backless type shoes. Hope u get a pair that works....they r so worth it :cloud9: , even though they r horribly ugly.

Katallo----

I too, LOVE flip flops---especially my Teva Mush ones. I found an online retailer that sells flip flop socks! Now, I wear my flops year round without getting my toes cold. If interested, its flipflopsocks.com. They are great BUT I may try the Crocs. I have Teva Sandals for the parks but when it rains, I may like that better. Still deciding....

Hello all!

I have been lurking here in the shadows for months now, and finally have taken the plunge to talk about CROCS!!!

I am totally addicted to them! I have three pairs, hot pink, purple and black. I have orange Niles and one pair of the kind w/ NO holes at all (can't stand those because my feet sweat). I also just bought a pair of pink/yellow swirly ones at Payless. I have to tell you that after wearing Crocs, the Payless version isn't nearly as comfortable, but they'll do!

Anyway, I had to tell you guys a website where I ordered my last pair of Crocs. It's called Extreme Footwear. Sorry I can't post the URL but the website is just the name above typed all together! I had ordered my FIRST pair from the Crocs website and they were terribly slow and the shipping wasn't CHEAP. Then I heard about extreme footwear's site. They seem to have a great selection, PLUS FREE SHIPPING!!! It's actually cheaper for me to order them from this place than at a local store, because there's no sales tax either.

I have heard from a very few people that the shoes rub up against their feet. One friend had this happen, but the shoes eventually broke in. The key is getting the right size. They are definitely sized different than normal shoes (bigger). You need to make sure there's about an inch between your heel and the back of the shoe....don't worry, the strap won't come off your heel (not sure how they were able to do this, it's always amazed me!) and the shoes don't fly off your feet!

I work in a hospital and TONS of staff wear these. They are great for people on their feet all day. And have you seen Mario Batali on Food Network? Every show I see him on he has ORANGE ones on! They even make a "professional" model now, which is targeted to health care workers....

I feel badly for those of you who don't have Crocs in your area!!! One day I'm sure that will change! I live in central Illinos and there are tons of places that sell them here - even the HALLMARK store has them!

Oh, and have you seen the little buttons you can put in the holes of the crocs? Those are way cool. I'm sorry but I can't recall the name of them at the moment.

Hey guys, I just remembered the name of the place that sells the little buttons for the crocs. It's called Jibbitz (again, sorry I can't post the URL).

Are they the real crocs or the payless ones? What size are his? My DD4 wears a 7 1/2 toddler so I guess the 8-9 would fit her. Payless even has some that DD2 could fit, but not as many pretty colors.
