Do they sell Croc's in the Disnet Stores??
No, I think she was just going to the mall to go to the DS and figured that she would look for Croc's elsewhere at the mall.
I love mine. My only issue is with the ones I got for the winter...no ventilation holes at all. Figured it would make walking in the snow better...no snow getting in through the holes. Well, the snow doesn't get in, but the heat doesn't get out either!!! So, my feet tend to get damp. But, I love my other ones. Wear them all year long, with socks in the winter and without when it's warmer. So comfy!!!

No, but I WILL have them as soon as I get back in about a week! LOL Did you wear socks with yours? The temps are going to be a bit cooler next week and I am wondering if my tootsies are going to be cold with all those holes in the shoes! LOL

p.s. Mine are the light blue ones too :)

Also wanted to add that I tried the Beach style on at our local Nordstroms and they didn't fit very well (sized 8-9). I ordered the Cayman, which comes in full sizes (8, 9, 10 etc...) and they fit perfect!! Can't wait to wear them and now I wish I would have gotten another color! I really like the Butter color. Too late to order them now though :(

But have lots of pics of my DD in them

Not that you can see them in this pic, but this is what Cinderella said to my DD (Cinderella thought my slippers (my crocs) were much more comfortable than her slippers and I agree!)

One of my favorite pictures (really magical time with Stanley)

My DD out grew her two pair and now has three and asking for more colors. She wears them every day and prefers them over sneakers, sandals or flip flops.
How old/size shoe is your DD? I have 3 DD and I'd love them for all three but I don't know how small they make them. How does your DD do walking in them? I know they have a strap on the back, but is she ok with that?

Yes, I've been wearing them with socks all winter. I also have a pair of the Aspens (no holes) that I bought specifically for wet/cold weather, but I find that for most Florida winter days (I live in the panhandle of Florida), the Beaches with socks are perfect. If you have any really cold weather at WDW, just wear some thick wool socks under your Beaches, and you should be fine.

So that's what those shoes are... I saw a hand full at Disney this past weekend. My family was wondering about them... so now that I know they are so comfy... where can I get some??

ok im confused. (im a guy it's ok to do that)LOL crocs are some plastic looking shoe/sandle and DISers love them.......maybe ill go get some for DD? :rolleyes1

any idea if the cheap ones you can find at walmart or payless are just as comfortable?

i am thinking of getting a pair for all of the yard/gardening that i do. get 'em dirty and then just hose them off. but it would kill the cheap wad in me to pay 30 or more dollars for the real ones and then proceed to wear them in the dirt/mud and mushroom soil as i work in my yard/garden.

Would also like to know this...saw them yesterday, only $10! Please, soemone let us know!

Thanks!

My daughter and I both have a couple of pairs from Payless. :thumbsup2 They are super comfortable. In fact, I have one pair I wear around the house with socks in the winter instead of slippers!!

Would definately recommend them.

I got mine at Payless last September in preparation for our trip in October - bought some for myself, my mother and DD5 on sale for $5 per pair. I loved them - wore them without socks and thought they were incredibly comfortable, and I usually wear Birkenstocks so I know from comfy, ugly shoes! My mom didn't like hers, so she gave me hers as well. My daughter tolerates hers, but just the other night asked me to go into the basement where I've packed away our summer clothes to get hers out of storage, so maybe she's warming up to them. By the way, the first time I wore them in the parks I got a blister on the exterior side of my big toe - but didn't even realize I had one until I took the shoes off that night.

I find the Croc mania facinating. I can honestly say that this is one craze that I was in on early. I got a pair in early on that I started using for fishing in my kayaks. All my fishing buds thought they were UGLY (they are afterall). Within a few months they had gotten some. Slowly over the course of the next two years they slowly caught on with my other friends.

When we went to Disney in Oct. 2004 I'd venture to say that I didn't see another pair during our entire week there. What a difference a year makes. When we were there just this past October I saw them everywhere.

It used to be that you could only get them online or at a few select specialty shops. Now you just about get them anywhere. Heck, I even saw some in the grocery store a few days ago.

To everyone who has gotten blisters from Crocs, you should read the sizing recommendations on the Crocs website. They say you should basically go against conventional wisdom and leave a 1/4" to a 1/2" gap all the way around your foot. You should also be able to easily put a finger between the strap and the back of your foot.

Just curious. I have a very narrow foot with a quad heel (that's what the shoe store lady called it). My heel is extremely narrow. Every pair of shoes with "sling backs" (strap in the back) have always slipped up and down on my heel. Do they make these for narrow feet? :confused3

I know you guys love them but you have to admit they are so ugly! That's why I haven't thought of getting them. I think I am going to go with these shoes from Lands End. They are like sandles but lots of support and stuff.

Okay here's a pic of my Crocs at my house not WDW - close though. I will have to start taking a pic of them every time I wear them.... first chance will be Sunday at AK!!!

I'm always hearing about how amazing Crocs are, but what makes them so great? Are they really comfortable?

When we went in October and had the size 8-9. She outgrew them and now is in the 10-11. Depending on her mood will either wear them with the strap on the back of her foot or push them up so they are clogs. They are a little big right now and she still walks in them fine. She absolutely loves them! She always says how squishey they are.

Ok, thanks. If 8-9 is the smallest, and they are pretty much true to size, then it will be a little bit before my DD2 gets a pair. But the other two can get them. The little one dosen't walk much at Disney anyway(or anywhere else for that matter) so she'll be fine. Thanks.
