Great pics, everyone! We're planning our first trip to DL in February and we're trying to decide where to stay. I was thinking there was no way I was paying the prices DLR's are charging, but after seeing these pics, I may change my mind :rolleyes1 Actually, we're considering HoJo's and Candy Cane Inn, which will cost about 1/3 of what the DLR's are charging  Keep the pics coming!

Do you know how many sqft is the regular room in Camelot? I called the hotel and the person who answered said she doesnt know?! I kind of let it go than calling the mgr. Hojo is 345 sqft

Oh this is such a great thread!! We've stayed at a few different hotels through the years, most often at HoJo's, we really liked it there. This past July we unfortunately got a bad room there, it was in dire need of upgrading, and I could hardly walk because the bed was so bad. It was a ground floor room in building 2, right beside the walkway so we could not even use our balcony, or even have the curtains open. The shower was horrendous as well. Such a disapointment after so many nice stays, the last one being the previous summer when we were in building 1, 7th floor. Really nice room, good beds, good shower, good view.... Anyway, we checked out early and moved over to the Disneyland Hotel, because with our annual passes, they had an amazing rate that was only a few dollars more than we were paying at HoJo's. We were in the Dreams tower, 5th floor with and awesome view of the pool. At night you can slide those giant sliding doors open and feel like you are sleeping in the sky! it was like being in a tropical resort with all the frogs singing... This time in January, because we are checking in on Jan.1, and the annual pass does not give you a special rate then untill the 5th of Jan. we are staying at the Candy Cane Inn. We got a really good rate from them, only $95 for a standard room. I hope it's as nice as it looks! I may try calling closer to the date, see if any annual pass specials have come up, because I sure love the Disneyland Hotel! I'm afraid we won't be going back to HoJo's, untill we can be assured the rooms have all been redecorated and new beds put in, and only if I can be assured of not having a ground floor room. The room was just so bad, I won't take a chance on it.
I have to try and figure out how to post some pictures now...

Let's see.. this is the view at night, hubby stood up on the bed to try and get me and the view in the picture! lol...

Camelot Inn:

Thanks for posting those pictures of Camelot Inn. :thumbsup2 It looks like a nice sized room for a family and the location and very decent continental breakfast (from what I've read) can't be beat. Would you mind sharing what the approximate daily room rate was for this type of room?
Thanks!:)

Happy HOLY~days...everybody!
Merriest Christmas and Blessings for your New Year!
and
May a trip to Disney be under everyone's tree!

Thanks everyone for posting the pictures. It is helping my DH and I decide where to stay on our upcoming trip.

Does anyone have pictures of the refrigerator at DLH we will be staying there for the first time March 1st for 3 days and we plan to bring up some food and just want to know how much room there will be. Also any inside tips to get the best rooms...

I didn't take a picture of the refrigerator, but picture in your mind the smallest dorm refrigerator that can be bought. That is the correct size. You can fit 3 or 4 bottles of water in the door. There is a small freezer compartment in the fridge. You can't fit much in the freezer (volume is maybe 3 bottles of water?). That leaves 2 partial shelves. One is beside the freezer (our food on this shelf froze).

Do you know if we could request a second fridge that sounds vey tiny if not I guess we will be using an ice chest also.

We stayed at the DL Hotel March 7 & 8. We were in the Dreams Tower overlooking DTD. We had a corner room & most of our view was blocked by trees....but it also kept the lights from being an issue.
