Posing Ideas

Anyone have a good site or two where I can get posing ideas? Specifically, one child in front of a Christmas tree, with a large lollipop.

But I am looking for general poses as well.

I've found some great ideas or poses that lead to good ideas just by surfing through pro photographers websites.
