DMM - This will be your third, right? Congratulations! We're going May 10th thru the 14th - just a quick trip in between business trips for me.

Yup #3!! we will be at the resort together for a bit! we're May 12-19th!

Evening all! had another busy day! we took the kids to see Happy feet and it was soo fun! they were dancing the whole tie! what a cute little movie!!

I feel so terrible, he would have not been there if he was not covering my shift, but then again i would be the one in the burn center. I just fell so bad, kinda like it's my fault a little. I talked to him on the phone and he said to stop blamming my self and stop saying sorry, i must have said sorry to him a hundred times. He is due to be discharged from the burn center and go home on friday. I'm not even sure how this happened yet, i have to go into work tonight. So i will get the scoop at the fire house.

ok, first off Pj there is no way you could know that "THAT" call would come in on your swap day. You guys face danger, even death every single time that alarm sounds, it's not like you had one of us covering for you! Second, like timmy said, perhaps it's really a blessing...maybe there is someone looking out for you. WHat if that HAd been you? How would that have affected your upcoming training? You can feel sorry, you can be grateful that it wasn't you. The best thing you could do for him would probably be to listen, and to help him in whatever area he needs it - does he have a family? bring over a pizza for dinner ? Ask his wife if you can do anything to help, hell buy the man a six pack!But dont feel guilty, feel blessed.

I might be going to WDW for my bday in November!!! Well either WDW or Memphis. I have always wanted to go there. Has anyone ever been to Memphis before?

I've been there a few times - my mom is an Elvis freak - I took the girls there last summer (one of my let's get in the car & just go vacations) It's ok, Graceland really is about all there is do to. If your choices are seriously Memphis or WDW....hmmm, I think you know what to pick! BUT Memphis would probably be a much cheaper vaca!

Whew what a day! I went to Sears, Kohls, Target, Sams, Sports Authority, Best Buy and Michaels!!!!!!!!!!

Buying the girls some new spring clothes for vacation...Need to take Casey for a bathing suit still...hers is way too tight, but she HAS to go to Aeropostle to buy it!


I did get a lot of deals! At Kohsls buy 1 get 1 free, I got the girls each a new a pair of gym shoes (new balance), at Sears I got Grace a ton of clothes! t-shirts, skorts, and a new bathing suit. At Sports Authority, Everybody got new sandals! Target - well it's target of course I got a lot. Best buy, got 2 new Wii games, a charger for my video camera, and 6 disney dvd's they wer 6 for $50!!!!! & oh MIchaels...well they did have scrap paper on sale you know..

I'm actually tired of shopping! I don't wanna go anymore!!!

The good news is, the man that I didn't think would be all that eager to go back ever has told me that he's ready to go back ALREADY, AND that he wants to stay at the Contemporary! Now, I don't know about staying all high-falutin' like that, but as soon as he says we need to go back, I'm on board with that!

Before you book the Contemp.....think about it.....It's really...I dunno contemporary....no personality...very cold? We didnt like it...but we did stay there with 2 little kids.....

Cat - are you ready?????? You're getting married in FIVE DAYS!!!!!!

Have to go to Gracies school this am, the first grade gifted readers are putting on a mini play....Grace is the "narrarator"...although she calls it the "nanarater" so much for gifted reading

Then I think we'll go to Chili's for lunch, since it's a half day....we always seem to go there when it's a half day

The rest of my week, looks a whole lot like last week...........boring.............

but at least when Thursday gets here I can say I have less than 2 weeks before vacation!

AAP!!!!!!!! good to see you round these parts! and i must agree, i am NOT a fan of the contemp! we've stayed a couple times (once i was on business) and while i like the size of the rooms that was about it but congrats on going!! we're in May too!!! 5/12-19!!

Morning everyone! i've got a pounding headache! but i'm sure it's because i just scrubbed the kitchen floors, since DH didn't get around to it this weekend and the cleaners were making me woozy sometimes being pregnant is a nuissance!
