THEN we sent it UPS, so we could track and all that fun stuff and it gets there by a certain date

THEN the FD will sign for it (business services or the like) and it will be stored in Luggage Services or the FD depending on its size and you will get it upon check-in

We sent a package too. It was 29 lbs. It should there tomorrow. We sent it FedEx. Diapers, Wipes, Sunscreen, Beach Towels, Breakfast Goodies, ect ect !!

I am off to pick hubby up at the airport. He has been out of town this week. He flies in at 12:15am. I am going to be so tired tomorrow

WOW the last time I posted something on this thread was page 116 and it took me days to catch up. Any way now that we all are so close, I thought of some tips that most people already know but some 1st timers might like to know.

1. Disney doesn't have Nickelodeon on the TV. Just a heads up to all my fellow parental units out there.

2. The resort (specifically Bell services) will lend out a very nice luggage dolly for those with lots of bags. One trip with this dolly should carry everything, and save your back. The resort takes an imprint of your CC so make sure you return it to Bell services not just any CM.

3. Remember the POP rooms have sensors for the AC, if you like your room cold, remember the balloon trick or the bypass trick.

4. For those driving the park, a little trick I used in the past. Use the memo feature on your cell phone help remember what section you parked in.

5. For those going to the Hoop dee doo review, you must get tickets at the guest services desk 1 hour before your seating time. Showing up with a ADR number won't cut it.

That's all the notes from my trip last year, but if you guys have any tips not seen on the Disboards please share.

i have no idea about balloon tricks, we have never had to override any systems and i like the room cold-cold-cold. so i have no idea there sorry!! : !!

If you don't use CC like us or if you just don't have one handy, they will just write down your DL # or hold your ID all together, i really depends on who you get

Blahhhhhh DS woke up with a teething fever so i gave him some medicine and fed him and then just held him until he fell back asleep that poor little guy. so here i am instead of cleaning b/c i am just too tired, it was a rough night for the little guy! i'm afraid to fall asleep b/c i know he will just be up in 5minutes to rub his back.

I know what you mean about running out of time. I am still working on so much. Right now I am tweeking our shirts. I thought it should say "A salute TO my dad" not "for my dad" so I had to fix it. Luckily I have a program that allows me to do that! It was fairly easy, now I just have to print them on the x-fer paper. You are SO much more prepared than me. I have yet to start on my Mickey heads or my room sign!

Me too! I"m trying! I finally found the rest of our tshirts yesterday...got the iron on done & need to just GET IT FINISHED! I've got almost everything non-clothes packed. I still haven't figured out the sunscreen thing...we'll be heading over to MK as soon as we get there....I've got the stick for my carry on...guess I could do our faces & shoulders....

still need to get a couple of new bras...& some socks - I love having new socks on vacation - I know I'm weird

Another way to do cheap costumes is by going to second hand stores. I used to do alot of theatre costumes this way. And we did it for Wacky Tacky day at school for Ryan.

We're just doing t-shirts this year....we did costumes last year and decided to just wear our shirts & cool makeup & hair this year.

ME TOO!!! thank goodness we put dark drapes in the kids rooms, so it would help make it even darker!! (nap time was our initial thought!!)
