I am so excited about going to Pop. Has anyone else starting packing like I have? I already have the suitcases out. My vacation is not until October. My husband thinks that I am crazy.

I already have all my non-essentials packed, my friend I am going with thinks I am crazy but I can't help it.

We are driving and I've have a collection started on the bed in the spare room. It has the beach towels, sunscreen, toiletries etc. I'll need my shorts and summer clothes for a little longer.

Will be taking my second trip to POP (third overall this year!!) 12/1 to 12/6. And my trip just got more exciting now that Neil Patrick Harris will be narrating the Candlelight Processional while I'm there.

So lucky! I missed him by one day last year, but I got Whoopi Goldberg and she was fantastic so not complaining too much.

Me!! We leave October 19th but I have already started packing things we won't need before our trip. I also have a long packing list started for everything else.

Cool! We leave the 19th too!!! I haven't started packing, but I have started putting away Disney themed items I pick up for the kids to surprise then with each day! I imagine ill start packing soon!

My first year doing the CP I got to see Geena Davis. Missed NPH last year because I made my first trip to DL instead. Have been stalking/checking daily hoping to see if he was going to fill in the TBD on the schedule. Now I can go back to obsessing over my September trip!

Omg I do the same thing! lol We're not going until Nov 16 so I haven't gotten mine out yet, but it shouldn't be too much longer! lol

OMG can't believe some of you are so organized your packing months out. We r headed down next month but I always leave packing to the last minute and a few glasses of wine ; )

It is a little nuts, but I've been planning this for over a year and it's sooo close now I have to do something.

Saw it on the DISboards daily updates and on another website. It wasn't updated on the Disney site yet.

There was a fire caused by a defect in a fridge so all the fridges have been/are being removed from all Disney resort rooms. That started a month ago. Disney is saying 4 months to get them replaced, so it is doubtful there will be one in your room next month. They do have some to use for people with medical needs only, but you have to let them know. I would call and add the notation to your reservation that you need a fridge for medical needs, and make sure they give you one when you arrive to check-in as well.

I have another question, is every guest at POP being offered the FP+ trial, or only select guests? What about the magic bands? Certain guests or everyone?

Sometimes I didn't even bother to unpack my suitcase except for my clothes & makeup!! Like I returned from POP on may 10 and checked back in less than a month later on june 8th for 12 nights. So we checked out June 19th! And then I turned around and checked back in July1st! LOL!! The CMs at the front desk were like 'weren't you just here? You just left didn't you? Or have you been here that whole time???" They were so confused! Haha!

Same here. We have 31 days lefts and no sign of packing. Probably won't happen til the night before we leave.

No towels at the pool. You need to bring the ones from your room or bring your own beach towel. I recommend bringing your own beach towel cause people are less likely to move your beach towel unlike a basic white towel from the room if your not there to occupy that spot.

to me that is the biggest waste of luggage space (unless you are driving).

all around the rooms , around the pools , are maid carts. jsut ask them for towels they will be happy to give them to you.

I put 2 on each lounge chair as well as a book, sandal, blouse I am not wearing.

the only time I had a problem with this was at all star sports, in july , when a brazilain soccer group was staying there. they KNEW the lougners were ours, and threw our stuff off anyways. it wouldn't have mattered if it was our personal beach towels anyway.. believe me.

I am not talkig about savaing loungers while you go eat, etc. only if you actually want to .. um.. use the pool!

you should have no probemsaving your chairs while you enjoy the pool amenities. you use your presonal towels. now they are all wet anywy. and you have to hang them to dry somewhere.

We leave the 19th too, but won't get there until the 20th. 20hr drive
Maybe we'll cross paths with some of you. I haven't started packing yet, but my lists are started and I've been picking up little things here and there and have my basket of "Don't touch, that's Disney stuff"

We arrive December 3rd and as soon as I saw NPH was going to be narrating the CP, I booked a CP dinner package!! Normally, we just relax on our arrival day, but for NPH, I'm breaking tradition!

We arrive at Pop in just 11 days (my ticker is off by a day)... I'm so excited! It'll be just my mother and I... Her first trip to WDW!

I am a late packer... I haven't even started yet!
