TLinden16 Keep trying. I was so frustrated at one point that I was going to cancel the entire trip. It took me a full week from when I first heard the news. I called almost everyday. They kept telling me tomorrow, or the next day, or the next day... I had my doubts. Last night, I finally talked with a CM that was very encouraging. I didnt get her name, only that she introduced herself from WDTC. I was concerned at first because I booked through CRO, but she was the one that told me what they were going to offer the deluxe upgrades (soon) once everything was in the computers. She said to keep calling. For me, it worked. I actually, called twice today all week. Then, finally I got a CM that said she was able to pull up the deluxe upgrades. The list of choices she read to me was very extensive and impressive, I didnt get it all, but it will satisfy the most disgruntled guest. The pricing is unheard of. As a matter of fact, the CM that booked me into the Poly said this is truly a once in a lifetime deal. I believe it, because I have been to WDW well over 15 times and always wanted to stay there, but it is just way too far out of my price range. They have come through for me and made me a believer again, just as they always do when a problem arises. That is what they do best. After all, they are the number one entertainment company in the world. Im glad it is over for me, and I hope everyone else will get what he or she wants. Be patient, and polite. You will get there.
