Or maybe the person saying it isn't a success is a Disney accountant. If Disney finds itself giving away tickets and cutting the price in half, it might not be a success for all involved. As I said, this isn't a zero sum game. It can be a tremendous success from the guests' perspective but only a marginal success (or failure) from Disney's. Don't know yet. But it's hard to read this thread and conclude that this is a success all the way around. If Disney wanted/anticipated this level of attendance I'd be very surprised. There is "exclusive" and then there is "empty". The latter describes the Epcot after hours event that didn't survive.100% yes... This was an event that was designed for an empty park.. It wasn't advertised well that it was an empty park, extra cost event.. anyone calling it not a success doesn't get it or didn't understand that you were paying extra and the park is guaranteed to be empty...
