If she did one or the other, I would recommend the actual Passport over the card, as the card is only good for border crossings into Mexico & Canada and as an accepted TSA Identfication.
Thanks for the recommendation.

If she doesn't want to fork over the money for a passport, a certified birth certificate and Driver's License should be sufficient. Right? She had a passport at one time, just let it expire. So, if she does have any problems in the Bahamas, they can always look it up at the US Consulate. I think I just saved my Mom some $$$$$ More drinks at DATW! She is really looking forward to that. Her eyes perked up when I mentioned it.

When I read this, I thought of the Seinfeld episode where George takes a fill-in job moving cars from one side of the street to the other.
George = Idiot

I just know it! DS wants to go REAL bowling. This should be interesting. When was the last time y'all bowled for reals and not Wii style?
Last night DS13 decided to make some of that Velveeta mac that comes in the microwave bowl...well...he somehow forgot to put the water in
I smell smoke, go towards that end of the house to find the livingroom and kitchen full of smoke. Luckily it hadn't caught on fire, just melted the bowl, mac noodles were black, son sitting in the livingroom on the computer oblivious to what is going on
So once we got all the smoke cleared I realized everything now stinks. Used crushed charcoal to soak up the lingering smell overnight (worked quite well!). Now I get to spend my day washing the walls, ceilings, floors...fun fun...is it December yet?
my DSL is down so I wasn't online. How'd you all know to go to chat?
