maybe he wants to go on your trip with you like me! :teeth:

Oh, oh. I am sorry, I forgot you were sick. Sorry! I do hope you get to feeling better soon. Now I feel like a bully for picking on a sick person.

ETA: and an idiot for waiting on stupid cyber bottles on oceangram.

:rotfl2: That's ok, I still pick on people when I'm sick. Trust me, if I'm not picking on someone, figure that I'm in really bad shape.

Oh, that reminds me, when my 12yo was sick yesterday I figured that he was getting whatever I had, but we think that he had a migraine. I can't believe I didn't figure that out since I'm the migraine queen (my DH thought of it, based on his symptoms), but I guess I was just assuming that he had what I did without putting much thought into it (and Zach was sleeping, so I couldn't really talk about it with him). But today I told him that now he knows how I feel since I get migraines all the time. He told me that his headache was much worse than what I get. :rolleyes1 Yeah, right kid! :rotfl:

well, keep yourself healthy so you can enjoy your trip! And please say hello to the Mrs. for me!

T&B - hope you feel better soon.

I am going to sleep before I turn into a pumpkin - g'nite all!

Hey All'

T&B- sorry you're still not feeling great. Maybe a good nights sleep in your own bed will do the trick. I hope you feel better soon.
Froggy- How many days until the big trip?
snowwhitesmom- Welcome to the thread, this is a great place.
Ready to go in Ok- How are you? Anything new and fun going on?

I had a very easy going day. My poor DH's Grandma was in the hospital this week and just got home today. She is such a wonderful person, its hard to see her aging. She is a wonderful cook and has taken the time to teach me some wonderful recipes. She makes a chicken noodle soup that is guaranteed to cure just about anything- so I made her huge pot and drop it off to her tonight. That was about the most thrilling part of my day- sometimes its nice to have a little rest from the rush of things.

She didn't get that it was a patch. She thought that it was a big gaping hole.

ETA: You know, I am the one that needs sleep. I never noticed until just now all of the eye patches in your siggie. I just always assumed you liked pirates, and that is why you had a pirate kermit. Yeah, apples don't fall far from the tree. :sad2:

Well I am going to bed, and hope that my brain cells reginerate or something during the night and I display a little more intelligence tomorrow.

Nite guys!

actually i no longer have to wear the patch, i do sometimes when i am inan area that my eye draws attetion from kids, or others that it bothers, but usssually i just let it be seen, it makes for good conversation starter aboiut wearing your seat belts,,lol,, my eye is now technically covereed over by flesh so i can safely go out with out my patches., i wear dark shades, safety glasses most of thet ime in public though.

Hey PMSers

Things are going well here at the conference. We led worship for the whole crowd for the first time last night, and it went really well. We're the new kids with our mission organization, and this is our very first conference, so it's a little nerve racking to be on stage leading the music, since we're anxious to do a good job and make a good impression. Also, we're dealing with a wildly divergent group, musical-tastes-wise - everything from older people who only like hymns to young missionaries in their 20s who want the most contemporary stuff possible, so we're trying our hardest to present a good mix. It's a challenge, for sure.

Here's a link to a pic of DD Molly and I in the town square of Sopron, Hungary:
