About a month agao I began to suspect a leak in my dishwasher. But since it seemed to come and go (and lacking $$$) I just cut back on use of the dw.
Today when I opened my laundry closet (i have a big closet with my w/d in it not a whole laundry room) and looked at the ceiling I have a MOLD problem. YUCK!!!
My son agrees it is the area below the dw. So now I guess I need a plumber? and drywall person to come in and repair.
Last time I called a plumber I got so ripped off that I just don't know where to turn. Anyone know an HONEST plumber in GA?
So, is a plumber the right person to call and then some drywall guys to rip out the ceiling and put up new?
Also--will the plumber or drywall guy repair the wood floor around the dw?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
