Just found this on IOACentral. It shows in yellow what will be cut off to work on Harry Potter, the red line is the new bridge to connect. From the looks of it, it appears that Dueling Dragons and Enchantment and that other coaster will be cut off. Please tell me this is not so, I so much wanted to do dueling dragons!!!!!

I don't think they will take out DD but maybe retheme it but could be wrong but don't think they will do anything to it right now due to summer season is getting ready to start

The last thing we heard was Dueling Dragons was going to be rethemed for HP and the queue shortened to make room for more walkways. Still...it's anyone's guess since nothing official has been announced.

My idea is that Dragons and Unicorn will be closed for a while just so the area around can be transformed into the Wizarding World. The ride itself will not be touched, but in order to theme the new area, it needs no guest flow through that area.

LOL@the "Retheming" rumors. Lost Continent is going nowhere. Some parts of the DD super-extended queue (the parts that have never been used ever) may be absorbed by HP, but HP will be its own, separate entity.

Logic, really. Why take all the time and effort (and $$$$MONEY$$$$) to retheme an area/attraction that has won so many awards for the way it is now? Redoing any part of LC could be, well, MADNESS!

Uhhm... The majority of it is certainly going somewhere. This has been confirmed countless times. But you go with "logic." I'll go with what Universal is telling me.

By the way, I believe there's an old saying that fits here... How's it go? Something about spending money to make money... Yes, that's it. You must spend money to make money. Something Universal is prepared and willing to do.

Sorry, where has Universal said that LC is going? Nothing has been officially confirmed by Universal. I personally believe nothing until walls go up.

NOOOOOOOO........they cant closed DD.
My DS(7) was too small to ride on our trip in 05(still too small in 07)and he got a certificate saying he could go to the front of the line when he has eventually big enough and he is convinced he will be on our 09 trip.
That certificate has sat on his desk top for 2 1/2 years waiting to be used and he will be gutted if they close the ride !!!
