I need to borrow points and eventually a point transfer.

I am trying to make a ressie for all nights except on and will borrow points. I will have some points left but not enough to complete my last day which i need 33 more points. I do a transfer from someone can i borrow the rest of my points to complete the transaction or is it a one time thing?

Yes, you can use transferred points, plus borrow points from your next UY all for the same reservation.
