Places we ate at this trip and our ratings from Best to Worst

People have unrealistic expectations of price, and price equating to quality, in a theme park. It's always going to be a ripoff, we aren't paying for food, we are paying for context/experience. That's why one family's "never again" is another family's "must do every trip".
I can't tell if you're saying all themepark food is bad or if some of it is good. Becauce I've had genuinely good food at Disney parks and felt like I've gotten my money's worth.

Genuinely good food? Agreed
Worth what it cost? Eh, not so sure about that. It's over priced. No ifs, ands or buts about that. Overpriced compared to other events like concerts or sporting events? Nope, it's right there on par. But as good as any meal I've had at Disney is, I can't go so far as to say it is worth 100% of what I paid for it (which is what I think of when I say "got my money's worth")

Here are the meals I would say were worth it and I would pay the same for outside of Disney property:

1. Chicken cutlet curry at Katsura Grill
2. Steaks at Steakhouse 71
3. The main courses at Homecomin (because they are large enough for two meals)
4. Hollywood Brown Derby, any of the multiple meals I've had there
5. The special dole whip floats they do (ice cream and frozen yogurt has gotten very expensive off-property)
6. DLUXE Burger (which is kind of on, kind of off property)
7. Tonga Toast at Trader Sam's

Now I realize this is a very small list, but it's more than I think most people would expect at Disney.

I agree, I would pay the same for these.

I haven't tried these yet, but I will jot them down for the future. I haven't been to Homecomin yet at all.

Where do you get this?

As I mentioned this list was not a comprehensive review of any particular place, just how I felt about my meal experiences this last trip.
Regarding Steakhouse 71 in particular, I definitely plan to try them out for dinner (actual steaks) during the next trip or so.
I also edited my OP to state that perceived value was a factor. For example: the least expensive meal was Trails End (by a longshot). If I felt I was getting good value, it helped boost the rating.

DLUXE is in Disney Springs, it's a quick service with unique burgers. It's basically the same price as a burger restaurant off property.

Ah yeah, Looking at the map I remember seeing it now, but we haven't tried it.

Homecomin also really surprised me. At first glance I thought "$32 for fried chicken, that's insane" but everything just tasted so good, amd you get so much food for that price. A single appetizer and entree could feed 2 to 3 people.
