Vero Beach 2 bedroom Differences

Booked this a while ago so don’t even remember them being separate booking categories but makes sense as most DVC has lock offs separate.

Looks like the lock off has a small balcony attached to the studio. Does the dedicated have two separate balconies as well?

We just checked into a dedicated 2 bedroom a few hours ago...can confirm, 2 separate balconies. The secondary is smaller, but has a table and 2 chairs.

My personal view is of the Florida resorts, Vero Beach is one of the nicest DVC properties... Enjoy it!

I am just curious as to why Vero Beach 2 bedroom villas have more availability than 2 bedroom lockoffs. I understand there's probably a lot of studios and one bedrooms available and that's why, but are there any other differences that would make a dedicated 2 bedroom here more appealing to people at this resort than a lockoff? It's the first time I see the 2 bedroom villa booked up more than the lockoff option so I was just wondering

Also, the 2 bedroom lockoffs have their own thermostat. Their own entrance and their own little kitchenette, and their own balcony. Also, the lockoffs you have a chance of facing the ocean or like the pool or garden, versus the dedicated 2 bedroom the studio faces the parking lot
