You can still call in and book today with existing points, but those who bought new points have potential access to undeclared developer inventory which, if true, gives them a slightly better chance to get their rooms.I’m a Poly owner, but didn’t get new points. I can’t book online either

Same. So frustrating!I had a message saying if you were calling about a reservation past the next 7 days to call later, and I stupidly hung up... now I can't even get through, it just ends my call. The thing is, if I don't get my reservations, I am canceling/modifying my contract. I didn't really need this many points this soon.
