PIN question

I noticed someone on another thread mentioned calling to ask if there was a PIN code with your name on it. Can you have a PIN there if you haven't gotten an e-mail about it? Just curious and holding out a bit of hope that I might get a 20/30/40 deal.

to DIS I had a pin for fall this year and since I am a teacher, there was no way I could use it. I called Disney, gave them that pin number and asked if there were any other pins attached to my name. And there was It was the one with 40% off deluxe, 35% off moderates and 20% off values for dates most of the year So I booked for next April at our favorite resort, the French Quarter But I had never gotten an e-mail about it

Same happened here!!!!!!!!!

Called to ask the price to upgrade from CSR to WL. I asked if I had a code??? Waited,,,,,,,,,,, the CM said I do see something!!!! He then gave me a quote for WL and it was only $40 more then staying at CSR !!!!! I said YES!!!! Now we are staying at WL!!!!! I used it for 2 rooms , we are a family of 5 plus a cousin. So, yeah I would not have known id I had not called! The CM did seem surprised that I did not know if or what the code was, but I was too excited to care!!!

Keep trying!!! To the code!!!!
