pin and group ressie

Hi Guys! Hope you can help me! My SIL got a pin this morning for the dates we are going to be going to WDW! We have a group reservation number. Is she able to apply the pin to our group ressie or just to her hotel room?

AFAIK it's up to 2 or 3 rooms. Ressie might need to be transferred to her name though...

Our travel agent applied the pin to our full group!! YEAH.. We received 30%off port orleans riverside!!
