I agree ... yet paradoxically, any time I have the opportunity to take a vacation, I cannot imagine any place I'd rather go than Walt Disney World -- even though there are other places (such as the ones you mentioned) that I would truly like to see.
I am willing to compromise and go somewhere else that happens to contain a Disney theme park. I really would like to see Japan, even though I think you can get to the moon just as quickly. A recent installment of the Wedway Radio Podcast impressed upon me how awesome Tokyo
Disneyland would be to visit. Apparently, the Oriental Land Company essentially chose the best elements of Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom and mixed them together into a feast for Disney fans who can manage to go. In lots of ways, it exceeds either US park alone -- except for Tomorrowland, which still has the sterile, white concrete look (and that might appeal to some purists). And who wouldn't want to visit Paris or Hong Kong, given the chance?
And I haven't even managed to get to Anaheim yet!
