Good luck with the truck. Last February, I bought a 2008 Wrangler 4-door and I love it. It's my first new vehicle. After seeing how shiny yours is, I need to get out there and give it a good waxing.

Now there is only one problem; you are inviting everyone on the Disboards. Who would I read about if everybody was in Disney at the same time. I guess I'm gonna have to try and go too. I'll be turning 42 in July of 2012. That's something to celebrate, right?

How does one plan a trip three years away?

That is an awesome plan for your bday! I will be turning 40 that year (but in Oct) I dream of a Disney cruise........hmmm......I'll have to start working on the hubby!! That would be a great present! I would love to meet DISers!

Work it!!!!!!! It would be a great way to spend a birthday. Could imagine everyone celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and the like. It will be a 2 week long party and love fest.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY FOR MENTION OF THE 2012 B-DAY TRIP!!!!

Count us in!!! My only problem is that my head is spinning trying to figure out if we should do WDW or DCL with you guys. We can't do both because DH doesn't get that much vacation time. What an awesome decision to make. I'm soooo lovin' this!!!


PS- Nice wheels!! I like 4 runners.

I love the SUV.....still can't believe it's mine.

You'll probably have a better idea after you take your DCL cruise. We love cruising, but it's not for everyone.....(I think you'll love it).

When I took my cruise in 2005, we met some nice DISers and had a few get togethers. It was so nice...They've since taken many cruises together! I also met Tammie (MAGICFOR2) on the DCL. We hung out at Serenity Bay together.

You know I'm in! Sounds like a GREAT trip shaping up and with 3 years to plan it'll be amazing!

Good times ahead!!!!!!! Planning will be half the fun.

Uh huh.....typical man. Driving around aimlessly....in a new car none the less SWEET ride. Love it. Always love the Toyota. Drove my Celica until the body fell apart, then I sold it for a thousand bucks. Tentitivly in for the big 50 trip. Only 3 hours south so not a problem to buzz up. Had a drink for you at ESPN last night. LOVED Boardwalk. Been sooo many times and never been over there....

I LOVE the Boardwalk. If you ever get the chance, stick around past 11 or 11:30pm. It gets quiet and then it's sooooo peaceful and beautiful.

And ESPN....

I've only had Toyotas. I hope to have this one for a long time......

Love the new car! You look great in it. 2012 sounds like a blast. I so want to go and meet everybody. What an awesome idea.

Black cars/trucks get dirty fast. It already needs a wash.

It's my 50th birthday bash, but really more an excuse to coerce DISers into doing a big lovefest.

i will DEFINILTEY keep june 2012 in mind! i'd love to do DCL...i've never done a cruise before and ray and i have always wanted to. especially a disney one! depends on how the baby-making goes over the next year.

If you have a baby in the next year or even before 2011, you may be able to make a portion of the celebration even if it's not the cruise. Dylan was 5 months old when we went on the DCL in 2005.

Wow! Jordan's All-Star Peeps Ginormous DISmeet We ARE planning for 2012, and I didn't realize it, but it is Jim's 50th too - in April! (mine is a week from monday ) That will be a good reasoning tool - we want to get all of our kids together and stay in the SSR Treehouse! We were leaning toward March - Spring Break in Texas (two of 'em are moving there) - But maybe we can do June instead! That cruise sounds good, too!

Love the new car! You look like a winning contestant on "The Price is Right!" Did you do a parade wave while you drove around and around the neighborhood?

It will be a good excuse to come along...jim and I celebrate 50...!!!!

I think it would be easiest if there was a group thread where general discussion could be done. And then whoever wants to can write their own PTR's. Then those PTR's can have a link placed in the first post of the group PTR for those who want to read more personal/specific planning.

That is bust a gut funny. DH is looking at me funny as I sit in my recliner and laugh at my lap top. He worries about me sometimes. You know, the unstable wife with an addiction to Disney.
