First Night Dinner

We are coming down in November and staying at the Dolphin. We will be landing at 7:50pm. With out 20 month old in tow, we really don’t want to take her out to a restaurant that late as it will probably be after 9 before we get to our room.

Any recommendations on what is close by, either in the Dolphin/Swan, or Boardwalk/ Beachclub that I could grab takeout? I’d prefer to do something a little more than just a grab and go sandwich.

That late at night grab and go is going to be pretty much it. Swan/Dolphin do have room service but I don't remember how late they deliver. You can only order it from their app. so make sure you have that on your phone or tablet.

Fuel is the grab and go/quick service in the Dolphin lobby, and it's pretty good. They have hot sandwiches made fresh at the coffee counter, and we've always enjoyed them! It would be super easy to check in and pop in there for a quick bite. You could also order takeout from The Fountain (right down the escalator from the lobby). They have salads and sandwiches and is also pretty good, though it can get busy. You may be late enough to avoid that rush, though, and they're open until 11, so you have plenty of time.

The Pizza Window at BoardWalk is open til midnight, and they offer big slices of pizza to go as well as cannoli and salads.

The Fountain at Dolphin does take out. Just tell the hostess and they’ll send you to the counter. You will have to wait longer for your food than grab and go at Fuel but it will be full meals.

Their hours are in the Swan Dolphin app, currently open until 11pm. That’s one thing that’s nice about Swolphin over Disney, dining options are open a bit later than Disney’s general 10pm closures.

As PPs have noted, Swan/Dolphin dining options are open much later than Disney resorts. Room service should be available until midnight if that would be more convenient. You could also go and sit at the Fountain or even the lounge at bluezoo if you don't want to wait for a take out order. Fuel also has a pretty good selection of grab and go items.
