So great that you are already planning a big trip to celebrate your 50th! My 40th is coming next year and I may have mentioned to my family that a surprise quick trip to my favorite place on my birthday would be present enough
June 2012....My DH and I go every June to celebrate our anniversary (sans kids--bring on the Grey Goose slushies, the Boardwalk, and Off Kilter ) In fact we just got back yesterday
It would be cool to meet some Disers so DH could see that y'all are real people and not some crazy psycho killers who just happen to know a lot about Disney.

I'm asking you so early so that you don't have any excuses!!!

1) You can go to WDW AND the DCL or just one or the other.
2) You don't have to hang out with us the whole time.
3) We will probably host 2 huge meets at WDW and 2 on the DCL. Like an Illuminations dessert or something like that.
4) We don't have to stay at the same resort.
5) You don't have to buy me a present...just a drink or three.
6) You really don't have to spend that much time with us, it would just be nice to meet up with you folks. I made some friends for life the last trip and I feel like many of you are already family.......

So no need to reply right now. Just save the date!!!!!

I forgot to make this a 2 for 1 PTR, but it's probably for the best anyway since 2012 is 3 years away and what sick fool would plan his WDW vacation out that far in advance?

2012, eh? We have been tossing around the idea of a cruise next year, but June 2012 sounds GREAT! I will be turning 33 in June 2012, so that might help convince DH...

And I think he'd really get a kick out of meeting the guy who takes pictures of sleeping people, gives bathroom ratings and spies out his peeps....

That is an awesome plan for your bday! I will be turning 40 that year (but in Oct) I dream of a Disney cruise........hmmm......I'll have to start working on the hubby!! That would be a great present! I would love to meet DISers!

I HAVE BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY FOR MENTION OF THE 2012 B-DAY TRIP!!!!

Count us in!!! My only problem is that my head is spinning trying to figure out if we should do WDW or DCL with you guys. We can't do both because DH doesn't get that much vacation time. What an awesome decision to make. I'm soooo lovin' this!!!

Uh huh.....typical man. Driving around aimlessly....in a new car none the less SWEET ride. Love it. Always love the Toyota. Drove my Celica until the body fell apart, then I sold it for a thousand bucks. Tentitivly in for the big 50 trip. Only 3 hours south so not a problem to buzz up. Had a drink for you at ESPN last night. LOVED Boardwalk. Been sooo many times and never been over there....

i will DEFINILTEY keep june 2012 in mind! i'd love to do DCL...i've never done a cruise before and ray and i have always wanted to. especially a disney one! depends on how the baby-making goes over the next year.

Wow! Jordan's All-Star Peeps Ginormous DISmeet We ARE planning for 2012, and I didn't realize it, but it is Jim's 50th too - in April! (mine is a week from monday ) That will be a good reasoning tool - we want to get all of our kids together and stay in the SSR Treehouse! We were leaning toward March - Spring Break in Texas (two of 'em are moving there) - But maybe we can do June instead! That cruise sounds good, too!

2012??? That does happen to be the year of me and my DW's 10 yr. anniversary We have been trying to figure out something big to do by ourselves, and this just may have to be it... We both would love to do a cruise, and you can't really go to Florida without going to WDW for at least a few days... A week at each sounds amazing... We will talk about it and keep the date in our head... We may be in for the ride...

That would be awesome!!!!! You will love the DCL. We've done a week DCL and 5 days at WDW before.....

I would love to be there for your 5oth!
