Parking at TF Green

I have flown out out of PVD a couple of times and this up coming 10 day trip will be the first time I will be driving to the airport. Looking at the parking rates I noticed that the Airport Lot E and Preflight rates are close. I'm unfamiliar with their locations in relation to the terminal. We'll be at the airport at 6am and returning arount midnight so I do not want to be too far away. I've used PreFlight in Boston and they seemed like a pretty good outfit. Any thoughts/comments/suggestions??

Preflight in TFGreen is even better than at Logan. It is much easier to get to, and a shorter ride to the terminals. I always use PreFlight there. And I print out the online coupon and save a bit more!

We always fly out of TF Green. Have you looked into the Park&Fly? Basically, you stay in the hotel room the night before your flight (I see you have an early morning flight) and can leave your car there all week. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the hotel but I do remember we got a continental breakfast. Do an internet search on Providence Park & Fly. It might be the same amount of $$ or even a little cheaper.

We use Lot C (AKA the Red Beam garage) which is on the airport property just a short walk from the terminal. No waiting for a shuttle.

I agree with OKW Lover. I used to park out in E but the last few trips I've just parked in C and I find it much easier. It bothers me that they force you to park in a particular section in lot E now.

I always use preflight. I print their coupon out on line. Their shuttles run all the time. I have never waited long for them. I like them because when I fly alone they make sure my car starts before leaving the area. They also pick you up right at your car, no need to walk to a certain area.

We used to use Airport Valet until the one time DH used them for a business trip. When he returned to PVD, the Airport Valet people could not find his truck keys. Someone had to drive him home (to Weymouth, MA near Boston) to get his spare keys, then drive him back to Airport Valet. Had to get new keys made ($$ some special security chip in them) and had to harrass Airport Valet to reimburse him for the cost
