Hi all

We'll be departing from Boston at 9am Thurs and coming back on a Monday. Should we just park at the airport or are there quick (&cheaper) options off site?

Thanks in advance.

We always park at http://www.preflightparking.com/BOS.aspx in Chelsea. You drive into the lot, park in an available space and their shuttle picks you up right at your car. In 10 minutes you'll be at Logan.

Not sure where you're coming from, but you could also look into the Logan Express buses that run from Framingham, Braintree and somewhere on the north shore.

We use the Framingham one when we fly out of Logan and it's been great. Kids are free and I think it's under $20 rt.

Hope this helps!

If you're not taking the Logan Express, I second PreFlight. I recommend it to clients all the time, and use it myself. Have used them for years, no problems, though the location in Chelsea is a little hard to find the first time you use them. Go to their website for a printable discount coupon.

We use Pre Flight parking. Check out their website you may get a coupon. Also if you get Value pack coupons in your mail, they have all the info and a coupon for Pre Flight too.

Another vote for PreFlight:thumbsup2...I've never waited more than a couple of minutes for one of their vans when returning from a trip.

Thrifty car rental has a lot by the airport. Way cheaper for us last year for 8 nights. You can get free discount coupons on their site too.

I'll chime in with PreFlight Parking also. Just used them last week. They're very quick. Don't forget the coupon on their website.

Looks like preflight parking is the way to go!

We're coming in from southwest NH so we'll probably take US 3 to 93.

Okay, option one: Logan Express from Woburn. Anderson Regional Center - I don't know the exit number, but it's the one between Route 129 and Route 128/95. If you miss the exit, and it's well-marked, take the 128/95 exit south; stay in the far right lane, get off at Mishawum Road (about 300 feet), go straight through three or four sets of lights, ARTC will be on your left, just follow the signs. See www.flylogan.com for price and schedule information... and probably better directions ;)

Option two: preflight.com In addition to the coupon everybody's advising, the site will provide directions from a variety of access routes including, yes, 93 south.

Option three: park at the airport Sure, more expensive, but MUCH more convenient than either of the above options. Since you're only going to need four days plus a few hours, I would go with this one. There's economy parking, where they shuttle you to the terminals, and there's the central parking garage. Again, flylogan.com for information.
