Parade and fireworks questions

How long does the parade last?

We will be doing the parade either Monday at 4pm or Tuesday at 6:30.
What are a few differnt options for good viewing areas? I don't want to camp out for 3 hours to save a seat, so I prefer tips that require 1hr or less pre-event planning LOL.

Same seating question for the RDTC fireworks....even though we can view partially from our hotel (HOJO) I'd love to see them on Main St. Good seating area w/ minimum time investment?

I prefer watching the parade from the It's a Small World area. You should be fine finding a spot about 30 min beforehand. It will either be starting at this location or ending at it (they alternate). I don't know how long it is..maybe 15-20 min?

Fireworks...the hub in front of castle is a great spot. We were able to get a spot about 10 min ahead of time. There will always be some people that stake out spots to both these things an hour ahead, but it's just not necessary, IMO.
