Own ADRs and FP+ Reservations with a TA?

I understand that if I use a TA he/she "owns" my reservation and that I can't make any changes with Disney directly. But does that relate only to the RO or package? Or will it also prevent me from making my own ADRs and scheduling FP+ or other special events?

Your ADRs and FastPass+ reservations can be booked, modified and canceled by you.

The TA only "owns" the RO or Package reservation.
