overplayed songs!

dont you hate it i have been listening too this station all day and last night i have heard smack that about 30 times

A local radio station seems to have it out for me. They always play my least favorite songs, namely Keith Urban.

In the mornings when my uncle, who takes me to school, forces me to listen to Country music, I hear tons of overplayed songs. Then they get stuck in my head for the rest of the day.

Although, sometimes I really do like the overplayed songs. Normally they are catchy and popular, therefore getting them played more.

Just because they are overplayed, doesn't mean they're not good anymore.

Haha that song's by Carrie Underwood? I never knew that. I just knew that they played it an awful lot.

Like I could have been spacing out completly in the car, but when that song came on, I would be aware of the radio. lol..

I have a question for you guys. Why do you like a song, then when it is played on the radio, you start to hate it?

I don't really like overplayed songs that much but if it comes on again for the 15th time i change the station or listen to one on my cds so i don't really mind and if there is nothing on the radio and i don't have one of my cds i just do something else like watch tv or work on one of my songs, and if i'am in the car i let my mom listen to her sation for a little while. So to me even though i hate them i just ingore it.

Irreplaceable. You'll know a song is played out when my mom walks in the room singing it. I have to hear "You must not know 'bout me, you must not know 'bout me" every 2 minutes from my mother. So that's how I know when a song is...out

My radio isn't too bad.
I listen to the biggest one in my city and I can listen to it.
There are songs you WILL hear everyday, and some you hardly hear. But if you want to listen to something like really old, the still play it.
They also play local bands and stuff, and less American rappers & singers, so it's not as overplayed and overrated.
