this isn't a good picture of jon but i had to include it because of the personalized menu from dinner at coral reef. brooke didn't like what they wrote on there b/c she thought it was really cheesy!

the diver that brooke arranged to have bring down this sign. it's an inside joke so it won't make sense to you, but it's really cute!

brooke's first drink at epcot - a margarita. they were gonna get a drink from every country, but with all the rain it didn't work out that way!

Great pictures! Jon's face, in a lot of the pictures sets his mood of the day. That weather stunk! Weren't they doing this trip again because their last trip wasn't so fun??? Dangit! IF they decide they want to try and do it again, I hope it's better for them. I know exactly how they feel though. DH and I hope to redo our Hawaiian vacation next summer. (minus the shark bite) Hopefully they feel like they have some unresolved business there and will go back. If you don't mind me asking, how much do those personalized menus cost and how do you go about getting it done? I've seen a lot of people on the DIS doing it and am very curious...
Glad that you had a happy birthday. I didn't want to distract from your birthday, but mine was the day before yours. Unfortunately for me, I'm 3 years closer to 40, so not so happy.

First of all tell Brooke thank you for letting you share her pictures with us and tell her that her faces on the ride pictures are great and tell her to start writing her trippie report, pretty please. I so feel so sorry for her and Jon that it rained a lot but that gives them the reason to go back . Also tell her I don't think their personalized menus were cheezy, maybe I'm just a cheeseball myself but I thought it was .

Hey Dawn - glad to hear you had a great birthday!(I did too! )

Don't know your brother's backstory but he looks adorable. (Actually, DD was walking by and thought he was one of the Jonas Brothers! Coming from a 12yr.old - that's a HUGE compliment! )

Your sister's pictures are great! I see she and her boyfriend attended the "Ray & Dawn Guide to Taking Your Own Self-Portrait". And, how do you all get those great shots on some of those rides? I'm usually holding on for dear life on the rollercoasters - would never be able to take a picture too!

BTW - glad to see that Brooke's boyfriend has better taste in his baseball teams - LOVED the Yankees shirt!

Great TR! I'm mostly a lurker but I just had to write and tell you your pics are GREAT!!! Also to tell you a funny story. I was sitting here reading your TR and my son (who is 7) came in the room and was looking at your pics and after he saw a couple he said "They went to Disney - WITHOUT KIDS? That is against the law!!" Then he saw the pic of your dessert with the Happy Anniversary on it and said "Well, I guess that's why they didn't get arrested, since it was their anniversary"

So you saw Sorcerer Mickey in the Animation Studios? Is that new? We went last September and it was only the Incredibles and Ratatouille. I hope he will be there in September, I would love to get pics with him!!!
