Our Christmas Trip in PICTURES!!!! ~~Oh...and I'm obsessed with the Castle~~

Ok guys....I'm doing this one a little different.

This post is a tribute to my final Wishes watch

I'm going to post some of my favorite pictures, but there are 3 slide shows with most all of the pictures in order of me taking them....there are almost 100 so I had to control it somehow!!

I hope all of you guys have enjoyed this as much as I have enjoyed reliving it! Thank you for ALL of your posts and encouragement on my first TR

We will have to keep this going for awhile, and Dawn and I need to get a PTR started soon!!!

i didn't do the slideshows yet because i'm on my way to bed....but i will later - i promise!

oh, and we DO need to start a pre-TR soon! i say as soon as we book the trip. last year free dining was announced in early april, so keep your ears open!

i looked at that ToT pic again and i think you look like a cheerleader in mid-cheer! reminds me of my superman rollercoaster pics from six flags this summer. brett and his girlfriend and me were riding it and we rode it like 3 times in a row and he wanted to buy one of the pics, so we all agreed to do the superman pose when they take your picture (one hand on your hip, one hand above your head in a fist). the only problem was every one of them turned out looking like she and i were doing a cheer because our mouths were open (since we were screaming)! he never bought the picture.

i just found your trip report. the pictures of the castle were great. Great spectromagic parade pics. i have never seen spectromagic because it rains it out every night we are there. i hope i get to see it on our next trip.

Spectro is great! I LOVE it and also the Electric Light Parade. I'm actually ready for Disney to bring that back again!

Thanks Donald! No Tripod just an AWESOME camera!!! It is my dad's camera and it's a Panasonic FZ8 with a 12x zoom....it took GREAT pictures!!

And EXCITING news!! I should have a new camera tomorrow!!!!!!

I decided to one up my dad and get the FZ18....it is the newer version with an 18x ZOOM!!! I'm SO excited!! I have been looking at it for the last month or so, seems like FOREVER, and I decided to order it through this company and it was on backorder. They told me they were expecting it on April 30th and my card wouldn't be charged until it shipped.....well I got an e-mail TODAY THAT IT'S COMING!!!!! And it has a delivery date of 3-26.....I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!

It's obviously a larger camera but it only weighs about 14oz. I had no trouble pulling it in and out over and over to take pics and it's very easy to handle, so having the larger zoom I REALLY enjoyed. I can't imagine how this 18x zoom will be

We are going on vacation in June so I'll get to take some good pictures then and then Dawn and I will be back in the World in Sept, so I can't wait to take some more pictures of the castle and a lot of the World Showcase b/c I think we've both decided we want to spend some time there and neither of our hubby's are patient enough to walk around with us and look

Here's a few pics I took last night.

We went to go see The World Famous Lipizzaner Stallions.....had never heard of these horses before, but then again I don't know my history very well

But these pics turned out really well.....I can't WAIT to be able to take more pictures of the castle, and try some inside the rides since it will take decent pics without a flash

These horses were beautiful!

Disney needs to consider bringing these guys to the sports complex.....would be very cool!

Drew sold his (really our) camera, so we're in the market for a new one between now and the June trip.

I wish they weren't so complicated. I'd just like a simple camera that, without changing lens and filters and such, takes good pictures while moving, of moving things, and in the dark, all coming out perfectly every time.

Is that so much to ask?

Oh, and it should be cheap, too.
