Ooops I might have lost my card!

Ok so I might have lost my member card. I made my reservations with my dad's. I said I was my mom when I made the reservation and that the reservation was for my daughter. (Yes I know I"m currently having an identity crisis here!) THey told me all my daughter or myself actually needed was a valid photo ID. So do I need to find or well call and get a new DVC membership card before I go down next month?

We have never needed our DVC card at check in. As long as your name is on the ressie, you'll be OK. You may need a card to take advantage of some of the perks, like mini-golf discounts.

I think you probably should call and start the process for getting a new card rolling.

I just ordered a new one yesterday. They said 4-6 weeks, however, the card was free. Call them, maybe you will get it in time.

My card was falling apart. I called in March, it took about 2 months for it to come. I e-mailed them for the status for my early May trip, they said I could stop by the DVC Sales Center at SSR to get a new one. I didn't bother, I didn't need to use it on the trip.

The only time I've needed the card is to verify eligibility for free valet parking at BWV.

Found it! It was on my dsek under the grad school books, the lesson plans, the bills, the laptop and the empty chip bag. Yes it is a miracle I can actually function on a daily basis I know!
