At check in or check out they will transport you. At other times, probably not, depending on how busy they are, as the carts are not a guest shuttle to rooms, disability or not. They are for bell services and they make their money on tips, so they may be reluctant to take a person to a room and miss out on a luggage run where they will most likely get a tip. Even if you say you will tip, it will probably be less than what they would make on a luggage delivery. If you cannot walk between the main building and your room, it's best to rent a wheelchair or
ECV. The housekeepers and landscape carts you see are not
supposed to transport guests.
