Disneyland 70th Membership Magic

Just got an email from DVC highlighting some perks for parade viewing for the 70th. Very excited for it, but wondering how early we’ll need to get to the various locations to actually be able to get seats/good views/etc. Is anyone here planning to attend one of them soon?

I’ll be there starting May 28th. Is this for all DVC members with a DVC-Y card? If so, I would love to use this parade viewing spot on Saturday May 30th!

I'm really bummed because I thought was going to do the Pixar one next week, but then I noticed it's for Saturday only. My Saturdays are booked through the time these are being offered. I am looking at driving up after a morning commitment on one of the days, though.

Yes it is for all DVC-Y and you don't need to make a reservation or anything. You should get an email about it. It's also copied to the VGC and VDH owners threads in the DVC forum on this site.

It turns out none of the Paint the Night times line up great with our current planned visits for the summer, but I’m contemplating an extra visit to try and make it work—but now I’m wondering if they will be insanely crowded due to the limited offerings (as opposed to regular better together parade offerings).

My expectation is the non-Better Together ones will be very popular.

Better Together is pretty easy to see without lining up early normally, anyway.

I posted in another thread but have various reservations over the next month and am going to try to do all of them.
