Is there such a thing as a one day park hopper pass?

And can I purchace a one day ticket, park hopper or not, anywhere else besides the gates? I have read that one day one park passes are available only at the gate but I though I heard elsewhere that in Downtown Dinsey or at the boardwalk or something there is a kiosk where thay are available.

I would love to have my pass before I get to the gates.

You can only get one day single park tickets. No hoppers for a single day.

I called WDW last week myself to inquire about this for some friends that are joining us for part of our trip and was told a one day park hopper ticket is not sold. One day park passes are one park passes only. Sorry.

No, unfortunately not. From what I found, they don't exist.
